Full Stack Developer

Sales Development Rep

We’re looking to grow our team of outgoing, driven and friendly Sales Development Reps. In this role you’ll be focused on finding and developing new sales opportunities for our Account Executives to assist. What you will be doing:

Implementations Specialist

We’re looking to grow our team of customer centric, driven and passionate implementations specialists. In this role you’ll be focused on delivering smooth and timely referral program implementations, while providing exceptional customer service. The Implementations Specialist is a client-facing project manager that oversees all aspects of referral programs from kickoff to launch.

What you will be doing:

  • Scheduling and leading client kickoff, technical planning, and QA meetings / calls.
  • Consulting with clients to determine program specifications, requirements, and objectives.
  • Applying best practices and offering solutions that result in successful program designs.
  • Ensuring constant alignment between client and internal teams on deliverables, timelines, and other aspects of project management.
  • Creating and updating client-facing and internal documentation.

In this role you will be responsible for helping both technical and marketing customers understand and use the Referral SaaSquatch platform. This role is a great entry point into Account Management, Implementations Specialist and Solution Architect depending on your personal passions.
